Real-world solutions for accomplishing accessibility during the course of daily business
Most organizations know accessibility matters. Fewer know how to actually do it. That's where we come in.
You've got compliance deadlines approaching. You've got legacy systems. You've got staff who need training. You've got policies that don't mention accessibility at all.
You don't need another checklist. You need someone who understands both accessibility and how organizations actually work.
That's us.
We bring deep accessibility expertise directly into the organizational systems where it needs to live:
Your IT governance? We'll help you build accessibility into your standards and architecture.
Your policies? We'll help you write them so they actually get implemented.
Your training programs? We'll develop materials that stick.
Your vendor contracts? We'll help you require - and verify - accessibility compliance.
Your strategic plan? We'll help you map where you are and where you need to be.
We don't hand you a report and walk away. We work with you to make accessibility part of how your organization operates.
Rare Expertise: Jess Clayton, our Managing Partner, holds the Accessible Document Specialist (ADS) certification - one of only 228 people worldwide.
The ADS is the only credential for applying accessibility within an organization – the processes, workflows, policies and program development.
Even rarer, Jess also holds national ADA coordinator certifications on top of the digital accessibility ones.
These combine with Jess’ lived experience as a member of the disability community, bringing a rare combination of digital, physical, and organizational expertise you can rely on for your business needs.
Both Sides of the House: We combine accessibility and universal design knowledge with hands-on experience in IT governance, project management, policy development, and organizational change. Most consultants know one side or the other. We know both.
Government-Ready: We understand public sector procurement, compliance timelines, and the realities of working within government systems.
