At E-SITES Consulting, we believe that accessibility is the heart of true inclusion. We provide business and technology management consulting for accomplishing strategic accessibility for government and business operations.
Our competitive edge comes from our unique ability to combine extensive knowledge and personal lived experience in the fields of accessibility and universal design with our applied expertise across the spectrum of business and public administration management. By connecting our knowledge, lived experience and applied expertise, we’re able to create tailored strategies and real-world solutions for organizations.
Our leadership maintains multiple professional certifications, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to accessibility and universal design for business, technology, and data management application. These include: International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) professional-level membership, IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), IAAP Accessible Document Specialist (ADS), National ADA Coordinator certification (ADAC), National ADA Coordinator Trainer Leadership Network certification (TLN), U.S. Department of Homeland Security Section 508 Trusted Tester certification (TT), among others.
It is particularly noteworthy that there is only one professional certification available which addresses applying accessibility for entire organizations or their processes: the IAAP ADS certification. This is a technical-level advanced credential requiring years of demonstrated experience and ability to, "properly guide and consult others for process, workflow, and policy development."
Only 222 individuals worldwide hold this advanced certification as ADS professionals (2025 year-end data). That information is available on the IAAP Certified Professional Directory, using the ADS filter. The IAAP directory displays the total number and current details of qualified, IAAP-certified professionals (certificants) across the globe, for each of the professional certifications available through IAAP.
Our Managing Partner, Jess Clayton, holds each of the accessibility certifications referenced in this section: IAAP professional, CPACC, ADS, ADAC, TLN, TT.
We live in a global society with technology surrounding us, constantly shifting and shaping our interactions. Automated fixes are limited in their capabilities and require human interaction to achieve accessibility compliance.
But compliance does not mean that a fix actually works for those who need it.
Organizations wanting to be equitable and inclusive need solutions which go beyond compliance requirements and work in the same spaces as business operates.
At the same time, businesses work with limited resources, staff, or time available to address accessibility. Government organizations, and those working with government, are required to follow additional standards unique to public sector business.
Strategic, long-term solutions are needed for organizations to embed accessibility within their operations and across the goods and services their business provides, effectively and efficiently. This demands tailored approaches unique to that business, its administrative and operational processes, the legal and industry standards an organization must follow, all while customized to their customer or constituent base.
At E-SITES, we combine specialized knowledge across multiple academic and professional fields, lived experience as people with disabilities, and applied expertise in organizational administration to develop solutions based on your unique business needs.
We cover the full scope of business administration and technology management, including IT and Data administration, and combine that with our extensive knowledge of applying accessibility in the real world.
Please refer to the "Who We Are" section of this page for the list of professional accessibility credentials held by our leadership.
We hold additional specialty knowledge in the field of government administration and operations. This gives us unique capabilities with developing strategies and real-world solutions for meeting accessibility needs within public organizations, and for the programs and services they provide.
Our consulting firm supports efforts across the entire lifecycle of organizational maturity for developing and maintaining accessibility and digital accessibility in this evolving, global digital economy.
